LevelUp GRIT Ohio, powered by SkillUp, is proud to partner with The GRIT Project (GRIT) to support Ohio workers. Our non-profit provides career exploration tools, career coaching, training and education programs, and local employer connections. Our goal is simple – to get local workers into high growth, in-demand jobs.
The GRIT Project (GRIT) is a collaborative approach to build a high demand workforce and stimulate economic growth through public and private partnerships. GRIT includes students and adults on the journey to uncovering financial independence through jobs. Each participant begins with a career assessment and then a 1:1 coaching session with a career specialist. Through these conversations a plan is developed to enroll in work skills training, if needed, and then to identify jobs, either in-person or work-from-home.
