Sometimes gaining experience in a career you want can feel like a catch 22. You need experience to get a job but you need a job to get experience. Experience can turn into a barrier to entry for a desired job.

There are many ways to overcome this and one of them is through volunteerism. In this blog we will give you some tips on how you can use volunteerism to enter your desired industry and gain that real world experience.
