The Future of Rapid Reskilling
With people living longer and changing careers more often, a new form of education — one that doesn’t end at a single vocational program or college degree — is going to be needed to put more people on the path to realizing their potential.
And that’s where SkillUp comes in.
More than 70 million workers in the U.S. are skilled through alternative routes (STARs). They don’t have a bachelor’s degree, and the paper ceiling holds them back from opportunities—even when they’ve demonstrated skills for higher-wage work. We are proud to support STARs and inclusive, skills-based hiring practices. Learn more at TearThePaperCeiling.org and share your story today!
